honestly . berat bell memng na mencecah kea obesity !!
you know what i mean ? OBESITY
sekarang bell tengah diet .. bell dapat spirit na kurus neh pom dari member
yang ta penah putus bagi harapan suruh bell kurus
thank korunk i really appreciated that :)

bell last timbang 95kg .. gila ar berat kot ..

that me .. agak la besar badan nya .. actually bell malu nak tulis entry sal
neh . yea ar pasal bell and weight bell kan .. malu kot ??
tapi skunk bell da getting to lost my w

bell diet ..
nasi bell tolak 100%
makan lauk such as :
ayam
ikan
(yang penting ta berminyak @ bergoreng )
pahtu half drpd plate yg bell mkan uh sayur jep ..
lagi hijau lagi bagus !

bell makan lunch jea , bell skip breakfast ,
kalu ambik breakfast pagi mula laa ..
Lapo jea memanjang .. >

and petang before 8 or 9
for dinner ..

dinner bell just makan biskot cicah milo raw ...
and every petang bell akan buat earobik
lam bilik jep ... memang ta la nak tgu turun padang petang2 pas ceroh
sekali sekala jea turun ..
tapi bell na maintain aerobik setiap hari sampai bera
t bell mencecah 58kg

aish na jadi badan beyonce

HAHAHA ! gojes an dia ?? haa badan idaman saya laa ..
perhaps la .. kalu dapat ..
tapi pepahal dulu na cecah berat badan ke 58kg ..
